How does YESS work?
If you are accepted, you will be matched with a YESS Career Planner. You will complete the assessment process and together you will set your goals and Individual Plan. You promise to treat us with respect and to be a responsible person.

This depends on your goals. Some participants reach their goals in under a year; some take longer. You can stay in the program until your goals are reached as long as you start before you turn 25.
