How does YESS work?
If you are accepted, you will be matched with a YESS Career Planner. You will complete the assessment process and together you will set your goals and Individual Plan. Your planner will work one-on-one with you the whole time to help you achieve your goals. We promise to treat you with respect and dignity. You promise to treat us with respect and to be a responsible person.
How long will it take me to finish?
This depends on your goals. Some participants reach their goals in under a year; some take longer. You can stay in the program until your goals are reached as long as you start before you turn 25.
Should I drop out of school?
